About Dr. Bochi
Our Mission
Empowering patients to achieve optimal health through individualized, root-cause naturopathic care.

Dr. Alena Bochi, ND
My introduction to holistic healing started early through my tennis coach, who studied Chinese medicine. She immersed me in Chinatown herbal shops, taught me about tinctures, and acupuncture was always our first step for injuries.
I initially pursued a B.S. in Biology with plans for veterinary school, but after volunteering in a veterinary office in New York, I realized my calling was elsewhere. After discovering naturopathic medicine, I enrolled at University of Bridgeport to pursue my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine.
Now, full circle — after completing my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and a Master's in Acupuncture, I've returned to school to complete my Doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
During my clinical training, I had the opportunity to study under Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo, a world-renowned Naturopathic Physician and author, gaining specialized knowledge in Generative Medicine, the Blood Type and GenoType Diets, Nutrigenomics, and Microbiome analysis.
